The Birds, Part II

Few people were aware that Alfred Hitchcock had briefly considered a sequel to The Birds, in which the avian antagonists appear to make their peace with the human inhabitants of Bodega Bay. Here is a still from a test scenario, with Tippi Hedren reprising her original role. (In actuality, the script had our feathery fiends plotting to inflict a slow death by encouraging the smoking habit in the principals.)
