Don't Know What This Is From
But, I would like to believe it is from a live spook show, sometime in the late 40s maybe.
Anyway, I like to think it is. My little fantasy.

More Spook Show Stuff
This kind of imagery surely piqued plenty of male interest in this particular live spook show, the ad for which crowed that "the action takes place in the audience". No matter how schlocky the actual show might have been, I would give my eyeteeth to have been in the audience of one.

My Kinda Show!
Live spookshows that combined titillation and scares must have been a real thrill to behold.

Spook Show, Baby
I just love the ads that they made for the old live-in-the-theater spook shows back in the 50s and 60s. Here is one for "Dr. Jekyll's 'Real Gone' Weird Show", which is cool just for the production's name. The use of the theremin-heavy soundtrack music from "The Day The Earth Stood Still" only serves to increase its coolness.
