More Intermission Ads!
More classic drive-in intermission ads -- a nice assortment of both animated and live action commercials sure to make you hungry for some decidedly dubious offerings.

UFO Video - Caracas, Venezuela
The Internet is, of course, rife with videos of supposed UFOs, and we all have seen the numerous faked videos that utilized rather sophisticated photoshop type software. This in fact may be one of those.
If this is fake, it is really nicely pulled off, and looking at a good hoax is still fun.
If it is for real, it's frakkin' amazing.

Spook Show, Baby
I just love the ads that they made for the old live-in-the-theater spook shows back in the 50s and 60s. Here is one for "Dr. Jekyll's 'Real Gone' Weird Show", which is cool just for the production's name. The use of the theremin-heavy soundtrack music from "The Day The Earth Stood Still" only serves to increase its coolness.

King Popcorn
Time for yet another wonderful old drive-in intermission ad, this one an animated commercial for Butternut buttered popcorn. Quite the catchy little ditty, and was surely effective in its day.
