Stuckey's was a chain of roadside stores that dotted the Southern United States in the 60s and 70s. Whenever you got within 10 miles of one, you began to see their signs, which enticed you will all the wonders they had to offer, the premier product being their Stuckey's Pecan Log. They had a large selection of touristy crap, but the thing I looked forward to were their malts and shakes which were wonderful. A fun place to hang out and let the car engine cool a bit.
