I have heard from the person reporting the situation described in my first alert. Basically they are saying that screening software they have is telling them that something is "attached" to the blog. I have reported the situation to the Blogger folks, and hope to hear something soon.
As I told Blogger Help, if someone is getting into my blog definition, I don't see them changing anything...yet.
