Nadine had started to lose the amusement that she initially felt toward the receipt of a pound of lard each day at her office. She was pretty sure that it was Reggie Muctaada in the mailroom who had made some comments about how "hot" Nadine was, but if she could put on a little weight, he would no longer be able to resist asking her out.


Nadine knew of some poor families who would be very appreciative of a nice supply of high quality animal fat.
